The short version.
Reading this site requires no account and no email address. We do not sell your information to anyone. The only tracking here is a Meta advertising pixel and the normal server logs. Enrolling means giving us your name, contact details and payment details, and nothing more than we need to open the account.
Who is responsible
The Investor's Journey is operated by Stock Market Edu, a Florida corporation, based in Fort Myers, FL. We are the ones who decide what happens to information collected here, and we are the ones to contact about it.
What we collect on this site
Nothing, if you are just reading
The lessons, curriculum and instructor pages need no account, no email address and no form. You can read every free lesson without telling us who you are.
If you contact us
If you email support@theinvestorsjourney.com or phone us, we have whatever you chose to tell us — your name, your email address, and the content of your message. We keep it so we can answer you and so we have a record of what was agreed.
Automatically
Our web server records ordinary log data with each request: your IP address, browser type and version, the pages you visited, the date and time, and the page that referred you. We use it for security monitoring and diagnosing faults. It is not used to build a profile of you.
When you enrol
Enrolling happens on this site. We ask for your name, email address, telephone number, billing address and card details — the information needed to open your account and take payment, and nothing beyond it.
Payment is processed by Authorize.Net, a payment gateway operated by Visa. Your card details are transmitted over an encrypted connection and it is Authorize.Net, not us, that authorises and settles the charge. Their privacy notice governs what they do with the card data they receive.
The account you create here is the same account you use for the tools at IncomeTrader.com, which Stock Market Edu also operates. One membership, one login, one company behind both.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Third parties on this site
We keep this list short deliberately, and it is accurate for this site rather than copied from somewhere else.
Meta (Facebook) Pixel
We advertise on Facebook and Instagram, and the Meta Pixel tells us whether those ads reach people who go on to read a lesson or start a trial. It may collect your IP address, browser information and the pages you view here. You can limit ad targeting in your Facebook settings, and browser cookie controls or tracking protection will also restrict it.
Google reCAPTCHA
The enrolment form is protected by reCAPTCHA v3, which is how we tell a person from an automated script trying card numbers. It runs only on the enrolment page, and it works by observing how the page is used — which means Google receives your IP address, browser information and interaction data from that page. Google’s privacy policy and terms of service apply to that processing. We see only the score it returns.
Authorize.Net
Our payment gateway. It receives the card and billing details you enter on the enrolment page in order to authorise and settle the payment, and it is subject to the card industry’s own security standards.
Google Fonts
The site’s typefaces are served by Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google to fetch them. That request includes your IP address. No cookie is set for this purpose.
Our hosting provider
The site runs on servers operated by our hosting provider, who processes the log data described above on our behalf.
That is the whole list. There is no analytics suite, no advertising network beyond Meta, no session recording, no chat widget, and no data broker.
Cookies
This site sets very few cookies. The Meta Pixel may set advertising cookies as described above. We do not use cookies to profile you across other websites beyond that pixel, and there is nothing here that needs a cookie in order to read a lesson.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser. Nothing on the public part of this site will stop working if you do.
Your choices and rights
Every marketing email we send has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops promotional email; it does not stop transactional messages such as billing notices and renewal reminders, which we must send while your account is active.
Access, correction and deletion
You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@theinvestorsjourney.com and we will help. For deletion, note that we may need to keep certain billing and tax records for the period the law requires even after an account closes.
Advertising opt-out
You can limit ad targeting through your Facebook and Google account settings, through your browser’s cookie controls, and by enabling Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control where your browser supports it.
No discrimination
Exercising any of these rights will never change the price you pay or the service you receive.
Security
The whole site is served over HTTPS, so everything you send us travels encrypted, and we apply access controls to the systems that hold member information. That said, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security. If you have reason to think your information has been exposed, contact us straight away.
Children and young people
Membership is for adults. You must be at least 18 to enrol, to be charged, or to hold an account, and our advertising is directed only at adults.
There is one exception on this site, and we would rather name it than leave it implied. Our free lessons for teenagers are written for 13 to 18 year olds. That page asks for nothing at all — no name, no email address, no account — and we deliberately do not run our advertising pixel on it, so nobody who visits it can end up in an advertising audience. The videos are embedded through YouTube’s no-cookie service. Beyond the ordinary server log described above, we collect nothing there.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 anywhere on this site. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If a change is material — a new third party, a new category of data — we will say so clearly rather than quietly editing a sentence.
